Creative Designer
Content House, Malta’s market leader in online media, is seeking a passionate and talented Creative Designer to join our dynamic online design team. This role offers the opportunity to work on our exciting range of digital media platforms, including WhosWho.mt, GuideMeMalta.com, MaltaCEOs.mt, Gwida.mt, and more. We are looking for someone with a natural creative flair and a keen eye for aesthetics, who is obsessed with making things look great.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Engaging Visuals: Design eye-catching visuals for social media platforms, digital campaigns, online advertising banners, and occasional print materials.
- Manage Multiple Projects: Balance and prioritise various design projects, meeting the needs of Content House’s brands and clients.
- Ensure Brand Consistency: Create designs that resonate with target audiences while maintaining brand consistency across all visuals.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team: Work closely with our Digital Marketing team to brainstorm and develop concepts, ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up to date with trends in social media, visual design, and AI technologies to drive innovation and elevate design quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), and a solid understanding of design best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with experience in their marketing and advertising features.
- Experience in video creation and editing would be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Maltese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design accuracy and quality.
- A collaborative team player who also excels at working independently and taking initiative.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
The position is available on a freelance or part-time basis, and you will work from Content House’s new modern offices at The Quad Central, one of Malta’s leading business centres. The location offers a range of facilities, including private parking, restaurants, cafés, a gym, and a childcare centre.
