Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive

Content House, Malta’s largest online media company, is looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our growing team. If you’re creative, passionate about social media, and ready to make an impact across some of Malta’s most influential online platforms, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and grow the digital presence of some of Malta’s most visited online portals, including WhosWho.mt, MaltaCEOs.mt, GuideMeMalta.com and Gwida.mt
- Identify and repurpose user-generated content (UGC) that aligns with our media portals – spotting trending posts and community videos that can boost engagement and reach.
- Manage and execute creative social media campaigns that drive engagement across multiple brands. You will be working across all leading social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate on the production of videos and podcasts that reach thousands of followers daily.
- Contribute to the execution of the company’s overall marketing strategy and content calendar.
- Monitor analytics and performance to continuously refine our digital and social media approach.

A creative, trend-savvy digital native with a flair for storytelling and visual content.
Confident with social media trends – from TikTok and Reels to LinkedIn strategies.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects with creativity and precision.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media management, with proven results in growing engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social trends, and analytics tools.
- Experience with major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and proven experience in video editing or content tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Bonus Points
- Experience managing brand accounts or working within a media or creative agency.
- Basic skills in design or video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut).
