Client Experience & Ops Coordinator

We’re looking for a polished, proactive and organised professional to take on a key role that blends client relationship management, operations and administration across our portfolio of premium B2B media brands.
This is not your typical office setting. You’ll be based at Quad Central in the Central Business District – a modern, top-tier work environment offering private parking, a piazza, fully-equipped gym, cafés, restaurants, bars, supermarket, and more.
The Role
As a Client Experience & Ops Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our leadership and editorial teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and high-level client support. You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating internal processes, managing client communications, and supporting the delivery of high-profile digital media content.
Responsibilities
- Manage and streamline administrative and operational processes across multiple brands
- Liaise with corporate clients and partners to deliver a first-class experience
- Support the sales and editorial teams with campaign coordination, scheduling and follow-ups
- Oversee day-to-day office support tasks to ensure efficiency
- Work closely with management to support brand performance and service delivery
- Assist the directors in ad hoc tasks and projects
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Professionalism, attention to detail and a client-first mindset
- Experience in a corporate, B2B or media environment is an asset
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple digital tools/platforms
- A positive, can-do attitude with the maturity to work independently

- 39 hours per week
