Business Development Lead – Online Media & Sponsorships
We’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Lead – Online Media and Sponsorships to join our commercial team and drive growth across Malta’s leading online media brands.

The Role
As a Business Development Lead – Online Media and Sponsorships, you will:
- Pitch business media proposals to existing and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Negotiate and close high-value sponsorship and media deals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or sponsorships.
- Ambitious, resilient, and results-driven.
- Fluent in both Maltese and English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
