Corporate Sales and Business Development Manager

Content House, Malta’s largest online media company, is seeking a Full-Time Corporate Sales & Business Development Manager to join its successful commercial team.

Operating from The Quad Central in the Central Business District, Content House owns and manages some of Malta’s most prominent online media brands – including WhosWho.mt, MaltaCEOs.mt, Gwida.mt, and GuideMeMalta.com.

We’re looking for a driven and confident professional with a strong background in local sales, a solid grasp of the Maltese business landscape, and the motivation to engage with senior executives across diverse sectors of our economy. The selected candidate will work with existing and new clients, nurturing long-term relationships and driving new business opportunities as part of a growing, results-oriented team.

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Business Development, you’ll play a key role in expanding our reach and strengthening partnerships with over 5,000 corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Pitch innovative media and advertising proposals to clients and prospects.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Negotiate and close key commercial deals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Consistently meet monthly and annual sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and business development.
• Ambitious, target-driven, and highly motivated.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Maltese and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
• Strong academic background in relevant subjects.
