Corporate Sales & Business Development Manager
Content House, one of Malta’s leading players in online media, is looking for a Full-Time Corporate Sales & Business Development Manager to join its ambitious and successful business team.
Operating from its new central offices at the Quad Central, in the Central Business District, Content House owns and manages Malta’s largest portfolio of online media brands and is considered the market leader in the B2B and corporate segments.
Candidates need to have a strong background in a local sales environment, be financially driven and feel motivated and comfortable engaging with senior business executives across various sectors. The chosen candidate will be pitching to existing and new clients while nurturing long-standing relationships as part of a growing successful team. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Business Development, you’ll be part of a dynamic team driving new business and strengthening relationships with over 5,000 corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pitch business media proposals to clients and prospects.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Negotiate and close significant deals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
- Meet monthly and annual targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in sales and business development.
- Ambition, determination, and a positive attitude.
- Fluency in Maltese and English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
