Content House, Malta’s largest online media company, is seeking to recruit a Business Journalist to cover developments in the local business world and create compelling content for a wide audience. We’re looking for an intelligent, analytical, and creative individual eager to become an integral part of our business news team.

Content House operates 7 strong online portals with a robust market share and diverse audiences across various sectors. Our cutting-edge portfolio includes 4 portals that are market leaders in the business-to-business market segment, namely WhosWho.mt, MaltaCEOs.mt, BusinessNow.mt, and iGamingCapital.mt.

These portals continue to dominate the local market, reaching an impressive audience of over 4.7 million across the portals and social media platforms in the past three months. Moreover, they boast a social media following of over 70,000 users, including business executives, industry leaders, professionals and people in management positions.

If you follow local business news and current affairs extensively, and are intrigued by exciting developments in the local business scene, we’d like to hear from you. The chosen applicant will have the opportunity to interview business leaders, follow the latest developments related to business news stories, and get to brainstorm and think analytically and creatively on new angles and follow-ups to the stories unfolding in the local business and corporate scene.

Candidates with a strong background in Journalism and/or the English Language and/or Communications Studies and/or Economy/Finance will be given preference. The position is open on a full-time basis and the business editorial team is offered a hybrid office/remote working system.
